:iconimspeechlessplz: um, why would you point out that the belt is incorrect when i've obviously taken liberties with the whole design? like the shoes, hair, shirtlessness...

Yes I love the shirtlessness <<
I didnt even notice the shoes :O
And I was just sayin, cuz his belt bucket is a repetitive symbol in the show.

I made a sculpture of Jack Spicer once, and it was soo amazing >.< But in the kiln, someone else didn't do theirs right, and it exploded, and killed my little Jack D;

aw, you never know, you know. ;P
When I first met :iconeattoast:, she told me she wasnt very good at sculptures or 3D art, but as you can see from her gallery, she's plenty good at it now, all from practice.

basically, dont give up! :hug:

can i ask you how in the world you ot so much little deatil into it?
did you use bakeable clay or something?

thank you! :meow: he is white sculpy.
inside his lower jacket and pants is a tinfoil cone. there's a wooden stick stuck in the cone, and that's his spine. it goes up to the middle of his head. basically, i made his shoes and pants on top of the tin foil cone, then wrapped his torso around the stick, and stuck his head on the top. then i made the jacket, then arms. :)

baked him in the oven for 20 minutes and painted him with acrylic when he cooled. His eye details are sharpie. ^_^

oh ho ho
Sharpie is always useful
I really have to get me some baking clay
I tend to gravitate to air dry
which is watery and makes a mess and generally is kinda hard to put little details on - _ -
Thank you for explanation :D

sure thing! I've always had trouble with water based clay. I've been using sculpey since i was a wittle kid. I totally recommend it. I just put cling wrap on the kitchen table to protect it, and then throw it away afterward. no mess!
