Big thanks to *Jin-Saotome. His custom toy guide helped me a lot [link] and then he was kind enough to answer other questions I had.

About the toy:
I bought the original on BST, then used magic-sculpt for things like the collar, bow tie, sleeve buttons and coattails. Then I pulled all his pieces apart and sprayed them with krylon fusion paint. After that I drove all over creation looking for model master acrylic paint, which I found at hobby lobby and detailed him. The gun is his axe with the blades cut off and smoothed out with model master. I glued him so he doesn't transform, and his joints are very stiff due to my poor newb skills.
